Born and raised in Miami, Daniel Sanchez has spent his life building from the ground up literally. His construction journey began at just 19 years old, working as a Superintendent for a general contractor where he learned the ins and outs of managing crews, schedules, and complex projects. Driven by a deep passion for the craft, Daniel earned his Residential Contractor License at 29, allowing him to take on more responsibility and deliver complete residential build-outs with precision and care. A few years later, his dedication and experience led him to achieve his Certified General Contractor (CGC) license at 34, expanding his expertise into large-scale residential and commercial projects across South Florida. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, Daniel continues to push the standards of construction excellence. His work reflects not only years of hands-on experience but also a genuine pride in helping clients turn their visions into lasting structures.
